As a franchisee, you would be responsible for...
Aggressive & proactive customer acquisition and retention.
Effective implementation of all the promotional campaigns.
Gathering market intelligence in your defined catchment’s area.
Sale of all Starkhoj.com range of products & services. Daily operations as per the company policy.
Regular co-ordination with the Starkhoj.com personnel in implementing plans & procedure.
Periodic reporting of the operational issues & accounting through specific tools designed for the purpose. Maintaining a secure environment for payment collection, custody and transfer to an authorized bank account or to a Starkhoj.com office. Ensuring the general upkeep and good maintenance of the infrastructure and ambience of the Starkhoj.com

In return for the investments and efforts being put in by either parties there shall be a revenue sharing mechanism in place.
